A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish, IAS, is a senior Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1996 batch belonging to the Kerala Cadre. Born in Thiruvananthapuram, he completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. He commenced his administrative career as Assistant Collector (Trainee), Kollam, and subsequently served as Sub Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Perinthalmanna. He has held several key positions in the Government of Kerala and public sector institutions, including General Manager, Roads and Bridges Development Corporation, Kochi; Managing Director, Kerala Marketfed; and District Collector and District Magistrate, Ernakulam. He served as Director of Public Instruction, Kerala, and subsequently held senior responsibilities as Secretary, Urban Affairs & PWD, Chairman and Managing Director of SupplyCo, Managing Director of Kochi Metro Rail Ltd., and CEO of Kochi Smart City. He also served as the Nodal Officer for the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 held in India.
He has served as Principal Secretary in several important departments of the Government of
Kerala, including General Education, Health & Family Welfare, AYUSH, Food & Civil
Supplies, Consumer Affairs, Minority Welfare, and Sports & Youth Affairs. He is presently
serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Industries & Commerce, External Cooperation and Waqf
Department, Government of Kerala.
He has undergone training programmes at the University of Toronto, Canada; Asian Institute of
Technology, Bangkok; and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also been
selected as a National Trainer on Leadership Skills by the Department of Personnel and Training,
Government of India, and has participated in national-level programmes for training civil
servants since 2013.
Among his recognitions are the State E-Governance Award instituted by the Government of
Kerala and the National Merit Scholarship and National Talent Scholarship. He was also a
member of the Kerala University team that won the National Inter-University Youth Festival
quiz championship and led the Kerala University Model Parliament Team that won the National Model Parliament Championship held at Parliament House, New Delhi, in 1991.
Shri. Neeraj Mittal ,Managing Director
Shri. Neeraj Mittal has been nominated by NTPC Ltd. as Managing Director w.e.f. 07.08.2023.
He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate (1983-87 batch) from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi (presently known as DTU). He is the topper of his batch in mechanical engineering stream. He is also a British Chevening Scholar who completed his post-graduation (M.Sc.) in Energy Systems and the Environment from University of Strathclyde, Scotland on full term scholarship. On professional fronts he joined NTPC in August 1987 as Engineering Executive Trainee and have risen to the level of Chief General Manager during his span of over 36 years. He has a vast experience of handling domestic and international capital intensive contracts for setting up power projects, both fossil fuel based as well as non-fossil fuel based power projects. He is well versed in resolving contractual and project management related issues and is known for his prompt response, quick decision making and troubleshooting abilities.
 Shri. Ajay Dua, has been nominated by NTPC Limited as a Director on the Board of Directors of TELK w.e.f. 09.05.2022. Presently, he is serving NTPC Limited in the capacity of Chief General Manager (Commercial),SRHQ.

Additional Secretary, Finance department, Government of Kerala
Shri A. Noushad is an experienced senior government officer with extensive expertise in finance, administration, accounts and public sector management. He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and is currently serving as Additional Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Government of Kerala.
He serves as a Director on the Board of Transformers and Electricals Kerala Limited (TELK) and is also associated with the Institute of Civil Service Examination and Training Society (ICSETS). He serves as a Member of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC), Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment.
During his distinguished career in Government service, Shri A. Noushad has held several important positions, including Director (Finance), Kerala Medical Services Corporation Limited; Controller of Finance and Accounts, Kerala Maritime Board; Finance-cum-Accounts Officer, Cochin Cancer Research Centre; Senior Finance Officer in the Tourism Directorate and Scheduled Caste Development Directorate; Secretary, District Panchayat, Alappuzha; and Accounts Officer, Directorate of Prosecution.
He also served on deputation under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, at the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as Assistant Home Officer (AHO) in 2010.
In recognition of his service in the Justice J.B. Koshy Commission for Christian Minorities, he was awarded a Good Service Entry as per G.O.(Rt) No. 1721/2023/Home dated 30.06.2023.
