Adv. P.C. Joseph, Chairman
Government of Kerala have appointed Adv. P.C. Joseph as the Chairman & Director on the Board of Directors of TELK w.e.f. 29.12.2021. Adv. P.C. Joseph was a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly, representing Muvattupuzha constituency.


Shri. Neeraj Mittal ,Managing Director
Shri. Neeraj Mittal has been nominated by NTPC Ltd. as Managing Director w.e.f. 07.08.2023.
He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate (1983-87 batch) from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi (presently known as DTU). He is the topper of his batch in mechanical engineering stream. He is also a British Chevening Scholar who completed his post-graduation (M.Sc.) in Energy Systems and the Environment from University of Strathclyde, Scotland on full term scholarship. On professional fronts he joined NTPC in August 1987 as Engineering Executive Trainee and have risen to the level of Chief General Manager during his span of over 36 years. He has a vast experience of handling domestic and international capital intensive contracts for setting up power projects, both fossil fuel based as well as non-fossil fuel based power projects. He is well versed in resolving contractual and project management related issues and is known for his prompt response, quick decision making and troubleshooting abilities.

Shri. Ajay Dua, has been nominated by NTPC Limited as a Director on the Board of Directors of TELK w.e.f. 09.05.2022. Presently, he is serving NTPC Limited in the capacity of Chief General Manager (Commercial),SRHQ. Prof. (Dr.) C. A. Babu
Government of Kerala has appointed Prof. (Dr.) C. A. Babu as a Director in the Board of Directors of TELK w.e.f. 12.09.2022. He is the former Professor and Head, Division of Electrical Engineering, School of Engineering, Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT), Kochi.
Dr. C. A. Babu is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Trissur. He received the MTech and PhD Degrees from CUSAT and National Institute of Technology, Calicut respectively. He has more than 38 years of professional experience gained both from industry and academics. He had served in the Electrical Engineering Department of Travancore-Cochin Chemicals Ltd, a Government of Kerala Undertaking, at various levels for more than 17 years. Later, he joined CUSAT as a faculty member in the Division of Electrical Engineering and became the Professor there. He had undergone a three months specialized training programme on Technology Management at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands under the MHO program of Government of Netherlands. During his career spanning more than 21 years at CUSAT, he had served as the Head of the Division of Electrical Engineering for more than 12 years and made significant academic and research contributions.
Dr. C. A. Babu has successfully guided seven Ph D theses, serving as the research guide for five candidates and he is the reviewer of many reputed international journals. He has authored more than 50 research papers, published in the proceedings of prestigious international conferences and well reputed international journals including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, Renewable Energy etc.

She is a Senior Assessor for the CII HR Excellence and NTPC Excellence Model, and an ICF certified Happiness and Life Coach, committed to mentoring and inspiring young professionals.
